First of all, I would like to mention that change management means bringing a sudden change in the operational activities, or in the management or in the way an organization pursues relationship with its external stakeholder. Hence, change management according to my understanding is a matter of fear for the internal stakeholders. The dominant image of change management is that most of the people in the organization show strong resistance regarding new adaptation or new management.
